Whether you’re dealing with IBS or diet culture, I think it’s possible to have a healthy, happy relationship with food (or both). My role is to provide a safe environment in which you can explore your relationship with food and your body, as well as to begin the process of healing from — and unlearning — the messages that you have internalized about the wrongness of your eating and your body from society, the media, medical professionals, family, and friends. I approach this work with inquiry, compassion, and a lack of preconception.
